We will help you get fit, make friends and have fun in a family-friendly environment. We will help you develop a strong mindset, confidence, and a fighting fit mentality. We will teach you defensive and offensive techniques, including strategies empowering you to defend yourself, family and friends. We achieve this in a modern, comfortable and safe training centre.

Our Instructor

  • Shinyi believes that yoga is the path for a loving and fulfilling life.
  • She completed her 200 hours teacher training in 2012 and in 2016 she completed her 300 hrs training.
  • She wishes to share her experience of yoga with her students and hope that they too get to experience the benefits of yoga
